Exactly one year ago in Sep 2019, Chester Tan released his first single, A New Sparkle, in years. On 25 Sep 2020, Chester releases his latest instrumental single, Dreamy Garden.
Chester has been commissioned to produce exclusive audio soundtracks for several massage chairs by OSIM. For their latest product, OSIM uDream Well-being Chair, Chester composed 4 original soundtracks, and only available to OSIM customers who purchased the product. Thanks to their support, one of the tracks, Dreamy Garden, is released on major streaming platforms.
The original version is 16 minutes long, and the single version is specially edited to a 5-minute release. It is pre-released on Apple Music on 17 Sep and now it’s available at all major streaming apps: Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, KK Box and YouTube Music.
Chester is the Singaporean composer behind the Piano Spa series that was released between 2005 and 2014 which spanned across 7 albums and sold across Asia. The series include collaborations with other Singaporean artists and composers like Fred Lin, Tat Tong, and Bevlyn Khoo. Till date, Chester has published over 100 original tracks. Testament to this achievement is his 4-consecutive year wins (2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014) at the annual COMPASS Awards as Top Local Instrumental Contemporary Composer, and a prestigious COMPASS Young Composer of the Year in 2011.
The song is not available for retail sale, but each time the song is played on the streaming sites, Chester will earn a small royalty of averaging half a cent. Thank you for your support!
